Fully Managed Service
Management Fee: 10% (Inclusive of VAT)
Initial Letting Fee: Three weeks’ rent (Inclusive of VAT). Minimum Initial Letting Fee: £1,000 (Inclusive of VAT).

Additional Services & Charges
Rent & Legal Protection
Protect your rental income and your investment with our Rent & Legal Protection service, available exclusively to landlords using our Management Service. With the Renters’ Rights Act making possession cases potentially longer and more complex, this cover provides additional financial security and peace of mind if a tenancy does not go to plan.
Key benefits include:
- 100% of rent paid until vacant possession is gained, subject to policy limits
- Legal expenses covered up to £100,000
- Nil excess on rent protection claims reported within 45 days of the first rent arrears
- Up to £1,000 property damage cover
- Section 13 rent increase protection for up to six months
- Alternative accommodation and storage cover for up to 90 days
- Professional handling of the legal process, including eligible possession proceedings
