Location

The business currently operates from an industrial warehouse unit conveniently situated on the outskirts of the bustling Hounslow town center, merely 0.5 miles away from Hounslow Central station. While the business currently functions from this locale, it's important to note that it is entirely relocatable and not constrained to trading solely from this site

Tenure

There are two leases, both with 3 years unexpired and we are advised that each lease has a 6 month break clause where a buyer can terminate the lease with 6 months notice to relocate to another unit, if required.
